AROs can not be moved to a new service board after they have been generated. If an ARO is moved to another service board, a duplicate ARO will be generated on the original board and continue to sync with Field Effect. The moved ARO on the destination board will stop syncing with Field Effect.
However, our ConnectWise integration supports Multi-Service Board Mapping, so you can have your AROs automatically route to their intended board, minimizing the need to move them after they are generated.
