To reset MFA, you will require your organizations' Field Effect MDR portal administrator to remove MFA from your login.
Once disabled, when you next try to login to your account, you will be prompted to setup a new MFA.
Due to security reasons, Field Effect are unable to reset this on your behalf, as your administrator will need to challenge your request.
